Electrical Emergencies - during regular office hours (9:00am to 4:30pm) - customers should call the Espanola Regional Hydro Office at 869-2771.
Electrical Emergencies - outside of regular office hours - customers should contact Espanola Police at 869-3251.
The customer should try to determine the source of the problem before calling either of the above numbers. Should the problem be determined to be on the customer's equipment, the customer will be billed for Espanola Regional Hydro's expense to attend your residence or place of business outside of regular office hours. The minimum call-out charge will be $300.00. Please be advised Espanola Regional Hydro "does not" make repairs to customer owned equipment.
